We design, manufacture, integrate and deliver complex engineered systems for customers across the UK and Europe, including projects within the data centre, utilities, industrial, infrastructure and standby power sectors. As ADE continues to grow its UK and European project capability, we are looking for an experienced and commercially aware Project Manager to take ownership of complex engineering projects from contract award through design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and handover.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead internal project kick-off meetings, design reviews, progress meetings and project close-out reviews.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, installation and commissioning activities.
Identify, manage and escalate project risks, delays, technical issues and customer-driven changes.
Ensure technical documentation, drawings, specifications, inspection records, O&M manuals and handover packs are delivered to the required standard.

Provide clear and accurate project reporting to senior management, including progress, risks, costs, programme status and key decisions required.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, lessons learned, communication and customer satisfaction.

Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple live projects and competing priorities.
Competence with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning/reporting tools.
Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
Full UK driving licence.
